Auto-jet is also your muffler manufacturer and mandrel tube bending and fabrication partner, primarily for exhaust tubes, radiator tubes, air intake tubes, and coolant tubes. Auto-jet has been manufacturing school bus exhaust systems since 1959. In that time, Auto-jet has grown to its current size of about 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

Auto-jet has invested a large amount of capital in machinery and building expansions to coincide with growth and changes in the industries it serves. All of the exhaust systems are produced to OE standards or better, so they are a true bolt-on new or replacement system. If it is in the catalog, it is available for shipment. As said by the Auto-jet team, you cannot sell from empty shelves.

Auto-jet produces products of excellent quality. State of the art CNC benders and laser measuring equipment help Auto-jet stand ahead of the competition. The fabrication department creates complete assemblies so the part just fits in place.
Auto-jet can bend from 1" to 6" diameter tubes and can fabricate up to 10” material. Aluminized and stainless steel material are utilized. The team at Auto-jet has been working in the Tier IV environment and are well-versed in working with engineers to help solve complex installation problems and cut costs wherever possible.
