Ford School Bus Exhaust Parts
E-Series, Transit, and B-Series
Auto-jet manufactures Ford school bus exhaust parts for E-350 and E-450 vans, Transit vans, and the B-600 and B-700 conventional chassis. Fitment follows the chassis, model year, and engine together, so confirm all three before ordering.
Ford School Bus Exhaust Parts by Chassis
E-350 and E-450 vans carry the 7.3 litre Power Stroke diesel from 1999 and the 6.0 litre from 2004 to 2008. Each has its own muffler, tailpipe, converter, and hanger parts, and tailpipes are specified by wheelbase.
The Transit, 2014 and newer, runs a 2 3/4 inch exhaust system with its own muffler assembly and tailpipes. It does not share parts with the E-Series.
Older Ford chassis are covered too. That includes the B-600 and B-700 with 6.6 and 7.8 litre diesels, the FD-1060 with the Cummins 5.9 litre, and chassis with the 8.2 litre or Caterpillar 3208 diesels. On these, the engine decides the part.

How to Identify the Right Ford Exhaust Part
Chassis, model year, and engine. For E-Series vans, add the wheelbase. Many older Ford parts fit more than one engine, so when in doubt, call 800-247-5391.
